Completely agree and although i'm not a huge fan of Cleverley, there isn't a plethora of options to choose from. Throwing Davies in now while we are struggling isn't really the thing to do. 10 minutes against Chelsea was fine as the game had gone and there was no pressure but today is a huge game.

Plus he's willing to put in a shift. Yes he's not great but he will retain possession, keep it simple and close down quite often.
