I agree in the main, but if he can't control his emotions to the extent he is sitting there in tears, with the exposure that gets, I would just be worried about what that means for him.

He looks under obvious strain, and doesn't seem to be coping.

Agree. Its tragic. But its his confidence/emotions holding him back. Should hire some coaching. Otherwise his 'potential' will never happen
