This result felt like one of those standard home wins that you'd expected all week. It had the same sort of feeling as beating Fulham at home for me.

It's a shame, really, because I'd been looking forward to smashing them at Goodison all season.

I guess it's testament to just how low United have sunk.

Great win today. Thought McCarthy was immense again. Feel embarrassed now for thinking we'd paid way over the top for him when we got him from Wigan. A legend in the making along with Seamus and Stones.
Met LCAB at the fan zone after the game. He got a lot of stick on here last year, but seemed like a decent guy who obviously loves his club. He was a lot easier to understand in conversation than written word!!!

nobody's ever doubted what a great toffee he is. seems a really nice guy to me as well, think people just got a bit irritated with his ego being that he knew ITK stuff.
