He has got a system going, but it needs two players getting shot of. Cleverley is not even half the player that McCarthy is, and Kone isn't good enough. Get McCarthy back and get someone of the ilk of Austin, or Jordan Rhodes, or anyone else who can play that role better than Kone and we will get a lot better results.

Also Howard needs to be disposed of asap.
