From someone in the States -the two games in California will certainly be the most comfortable to watch. Miami in August will be like a Sauna. I will probably be attending the SF game as that is just one of my favorite cities in the US. Especially if you like wine. Napa Valley is only two hours north. Last US trip I set up a happy hour for the DC game (Was posting on Kipper at the Time). Assuming I am going to SF for the Juve game I will do the same this year. I will reach out to a pub in the stadium area and try to set something up offically. Will keep GOT posted.

Excited for the games though. Some really impressive teams and will do well for Everton to be associated with them here in the states for people that don't realize how great a club Everton is.

Fair play mate.

2hrs to get vino though? Is there not something more local? Most of us can get to Scotland in 2hs but cba.

Yes there are tasting rooms in San Francisco. I can put together a list of things closer. It absolutely is a great city! I guess in the States I look at two hours in a car and think of it as a day trip. Although if your drinking good wine the trip back could be an issue! I know you can get a car service if a group gets together that does day trips . I will put together a list of things to do: wine tasting rooms, restaurants, sites etc.... And post.

Did anyone else read the title of this thread and think something along the lines of "well, this ain't gonna end well"? ^^

afternoon mate how is America today.

Well we beat Germany's "B" team 4-3 - so not too bad. We'll take the positives! Mirallas, Fellaini and Lukaku torched us on Wednesday. A bit bittersweet I just can't root against Fellaini and Mirallas as long as they are Blues.... Lukaku is a handful!, He is the new Drogba I think!

Looking forward to seeing the Blues this summer. Hopefully a trip back to Goodison Next Season...

I live just north of San Francisco and have been a Everton fan since 2006. Im totally excited that I will actually see Everton play live instead of on TV! Anyway if you still looking for a pub, there is a great one just two blocks from AT&T park called 21st-amendment. Awesome beers there.

Made up for you:) Its mad we have fans in San Francisco.

I work in San Francisco and will be "sick" that day. Does anyone know if there is an Everton section set aside? It would be more fun to be surrounded by fellow blues!

Not sure, but from a slowly growing Facebook page (8 members) discovered that one gentleman is sitting in section 129. I'm in section 128.
