Looking forward to this game. Been away on holiday for the past couple of weeks so have missed the saturday fun that is match day. Have caught up with the highlights of the boro & sunderland games and I think we must be only thinking of another 3pts against Hull this weekend. Even without any strikers at the minute wea re on fire!!!

Yobo Out But Casti Returns – News Archive – News – evertonfc.com - The Official Website of Everton Football Club

Defender Joseph Yobo will definitely miss Saturday's visit of Hull City but Everton boss David Moyes could welcome back Segundo Castillo.

Nigerian Yobo has not featured since a hamstring strain saw him limp off during last month's goalless draw with Chelsea.

And while the centre back is rapidly closing in on a return, the clash with Phil Brown's Tigers has come too soon.

The news is better for Ecuadorian midfielder Castillo, who has overcome his own hamstring problem and could feature for the first time since the 1-0 win at Manchester City four weeks ago.

Moyes will also be able to call on Victor Anichebe after confirming the youngster has suffered no ill-effects of his runout at Macclesfield last weekend.

Speaking at his weekly press conference, the Everton boss also hinted he would not refrain from using Belgian midfielder Marouane Fellaini.

The 21-year-old is walking a disciplinary tightrope having accumulated nine yellow cards so far this season.

One more against Hull would see him suspended for the upcoming double header with Liverpool but Moyes said: "We didn't play him against Macclesfield last week, but the Premier League games are vital, they are the important thing.

"Always the next Premier League game is the most important so obviously we want him to be ready to play. Hopefully we get no bookings and a good performance from him."

Good to see Castillo back from injury, hope he can get a decent few games under his belt as I reckon he can play a decent role for the team in the middle.

Got to record a home win with three tougher games following this. Cant see it being a cakewalk against Hull but we should have too much about us. 2-1 to us with Fellaini getting on the scoresheet.

His headset, coupled with his tan and that half time rollicking makes me cringe for him.

And his scarves, that he wears for sure and quite apparantly spends too much time adjusting in the mirror.

Mark down as: Midlife Crisis.

What do managers write in their notepads also or do they just scribble anything just to make themselves look clever?

There was one on 2good2bad on MOTD...The camera got a close up on the notepad - and it was a picture of a footy pitch - with SHOOT written in big letters in the area. Honestly...some managers are just pure genius.

Clever management hey? We did'nt know you had to shoot at goal.

He missed the bit of playing well for the last six months, getting pimped into the England and then deciding that it was his dream to play for Liverpool.

Make no mistake, we were utter dung then but still - you'd probably swerve the Liverpool option and go somewhere jazzy instead.

Instead he chose the path of an utter bellend.

Still, good luck Nicky x
