Disgusted we rested players for a cup final. Luckily we scraped through. Sportpesa cup >>>> 3 points all day long.

Thought Lookman was the standout player tonight. Mina was completely untested in a solid debut, and Baningime impresses every time I see him, even played totally out of position at left back. Think we may have seen Jags and Schneids last games in an Everton shirt. Schneids in particular looked uninterested as did a very poor Tosun. Davies and DCL did okay, both worked hard and looked lively. Holgate was poor and I thought Dowell missed another opportunity to show what he can do despite scoring a good goal. Niasse was his normal self, absolutely dreadful and then pops up with a beauty. A nice cameo from 4 of our youngsters, Broadhead picking up a goal and an assist in the last few minutes.

All in all, a decent run out for some of our fringe players and some must needed minutes for Mina before the Chelsea game.
