I half agree....we're not a Top 4 team, way off..

But the standard the Premier league has dropped so much over the past 3 years, that weak teams can now get 4th spot...

We haven't missed out on Top 4 because Liverpool, Chelsea, Spurs and Arsenal are stronger...its because we've failed to beat bottom half teams at Goodison....
