Who says he's not a right back? If he started his career as a right back then that means hes been trained in how to defend and attack as a full back regardless if hes now been moved inside

He isn't a right back. You can see the difference between him at CB and RB. Just because he's started there at a lower level as a RB doesn't make him one. He doesn't suit it.
