Nervous as fk, especially after last night's result. Can't wait to get to Goodison later though.

Each and every one of us needs to show up and stand shoulder to shoulder with the team, turn the place into absolute hell on earth for the opposition. I want tiles coming off the nearby rooftops again - but nothing to do with the wind.

Crystal Palace have become kinda famous for their "ultra"-like support this season.

Goodison? Night game? Under the lights?

Let's show them how it's really done.

morning blue noses want to park near the ground so anyone got the address and postcode of legion or anywhere else for quick getaway after a 2-0 defeat for the eagles.got to be realistic and were safe and as my lad and brother are blues wont be so bad
WE'RE NOT SAFE!...yet. You can park on Utting Avenue just down from the junction with Priory Road. It's £8 and stewarded before and after. It looks like a school on "Google maps" but the school is gone and it's just one large area. I believe parking in Stanely Park is £10 these days and it's generally not as quick to get out. Safe journey Eagle!

This has it be a win, I'm beginning to feel confident and determined to win every game.

2-0
Or 4-0
Or 1-0

Never let yourself get confident, mate. The new-found optimism in these forums makes me feel a bit uneasy!

Think we'll see the 3 of Osman, McGeady and Deulofeu behind Lukaku, then the rest as it is.

Get a couple in the first 20, stroll around and at half time take Barry and Lukaku off then 65 or so take Baines off and get Garbutt on.

Electric atmosphere, early goal, followed by a few more, with James McCarthy bagging his first and a clean sheet. Followed by ole football. That's how I want tonight to go.

A languid Sunderland esque performance is horribly more likely though.

They'll be tough to break down, need to stop long shots that may lead to corners. If they score from a set piece early on they'll park it. We need the first goal and preferably a 2nd before they find their feet.

So pumped already I'm gonna treat myself to the away shirt for £15.

Let's have it boys.

It's amazing how Arsenal's result last night has completly zapped my confidence!

Still think we will win this comfortably though, I fancy us to come racing out the blocks and get an early goal. Night game at Goodison, with so much to play for. I'll go for 3-1.

Lets smash these...Did you hear Arsenal singing are you watching Merseyside last night?...Lets throw it back at the them ..Up the Toffees

It is going to be a great race, but I fear that penalty shoot out gave them an extra boost of energy.

We will batter Palace anyways.

Watched Palace vs Chelsea and they were very impressive, deserved to win by much more. They moved the ball well and knew exactly what they wanted to do when they won it back. They let the Chelsea players draw themselves out of position, tapping the ball around the edge of the area (much like Liverpool do), then when they won it back, quickly moved the ball into danger areas.

I think it would be a mistake for our midfield to get collectively drawn in, I'd like to see the middle two keep their discipline and allow the front three to take them on.

As an aside, there's a possibility that we will sell out tonight, if we do so here's an interesting question: When was the last time Everton sold out 4 successive home games (taking into account MU and MC to come)?
