Southgate must av been impressed with Tarks Branthwaite and McNeil.

Tarks and McNeil sadly (for them) are nowhere near sexy enough players for Southgate. He'd sooner play Henderson at CB than call Tarkowski up in an injury crisis. Branthwaite is very clearly going to be in the squad soon.

Players fighting for the shirt. Leaders all over the pitch. Bodies in the way of shots. Winding up horrible opposition players.

Maybe too early to say warriors…. But definitely the type of players / team that fans want to see.

Another game in which you could vote several ways…. But alongside the entire back line I just think Myko is growing every game and has been a solid 7.5-8 for the last few games if not even higher.

Haven’t felt this way in a long long time. I have my newborn daughter asleep in my arms so I couldn’t celebrate like I wanted to but my smile couldn’t have gotten any bigger when dobbin put that in. Almost in tears. Life is good. Up the blues!!!!
