Why?

Have you seen Arsenal's fixtures in the weeks leading up to them coming here?

Sod it.....I want both United and Spurs to win tomorrow so's the other two are drawn back toward us.

Agree with spurs winning mate although even then a draw is probably the smartest bet for whats good for us, as for rs vs utd, think rs are too far gone with a relatively ok schedule left to them so don't think we can catch them so the wise result would be a utd loss, then again hard to ever want a rs win no matter if its beneficial to us or not

not sure our form is good enough to crawl back those two tbh.

we're still grinding out the pts at home, but away we've failed to do that. things should look a whole lot better end of this month though - we'll falter along the line somewhere

And Chelsea couldn't break West Ham down like we eventually did.

Honestly, Tommy......if we won the CL Final there are boys on here would find something to moan about.

At the end of the day it's our best 11 vs their best 11. Even a relegation bound team struck with injuries can beat the champions if they have more desire and impetus on the day... There's more factors to consider then which team has the better players...

err. Thanks for that. (You were almost Zaha'd as well). Smash the other taffy blerts next week as well please as they appear to be doing their best to get themselves sucked back into it. Anyhow, well in blue.;)

Tired of reading some of these posts. WE were unlucky not to win by more, we could've already been up by 3/4 goals at half time ffs!

They came, they defended, their keeper had a blinder, they scored a spawny goal and we scored a spawny one in response to win it too.

We can't win 4-0 every time, and the wins we've had recently have been thoroughly deserved. We played well in large parts today, in fact I thought we looked very quick in attacking which is a bit different to what we've been used to recently.

McGeady looks like an asset, the guy has boss skills.

Mirallas is ace but when is he going to learn to pass? Though the same can be said to Lukaku who goes unnoticed despite being a culprit of many bad passes/wrong choices in great positions at times this season.

FFS guys we're in our first season, playing a completely different system under a new manager with new ambitions and plans. The team looks up for it and wants it, and if it doesn't happen this year then by god we know that we have a ride next season. The team will be way more comfortable and understanding of what needs to be done, and the likes of Stones & Barkley will have some much much needed experience under their belt and will be ready to start a fresh.

we'll beat swansea and they'll go on a run and be safe, but we'll lose to fulham and bring everyone right back into it.

Couldn't agree more. Especially with the Lukaku comment.

The whole team is going through a change, we have youth coming in and playing regularly. We could be in 5th spot with our game in hand and I reckon that's a good first campaign for RM.

They were here for the win. Hence the zaha sub.

They played some good football at times and made some good interceptions

No, the Zaha sub was made because they needed some form of counter attack to nick a goal when they hoofed the ball long.

You've gotta laugh at the BBC football site , how bad is it towards Everton , Cardiff unlucky Everton lucky and 20 articles on Liverpool inc ' learn to dance like Sturridge' .I kid you not.
