I get what you're saying but all that matters is who is winning lad. Burnley are playing nice football but it’s doing nothing for them. They've not even really had a chance. Obviously we could play a bit better but I would prefer to just win games

But as a long term process, it will never succeed. I know it’s a different level, Klopp 8th first season I think pep was 4th or 5th? Arteta struggled. Poch struggling at Chelsea. But they won’t change their principles which leads to winning football.

That why dyche would rather play doucoure who can’t trap a bag of cement at number 10, because he works hard and might get 8/9 goals. And why he plays McNeil, who runs up and down all day, at May put the odd good cross in and get the odd goal. Long term you ain’t laying a glove in the top 10.

This is why I’m not a dyche fan and no most will say who cares as long as we win. But allowing a poor team like Burnley over 60% on your own pitch is embarrassing and we’ve Hardly created anything

So you think its a bad strategy to play a team in a way where they end with 0 shots on goal? Hopefully Dyche is more concerned with results and not some weird ego driven determination to lose a game but do it in a "non-embarrassing" way.

That's LITERALLY what Burnley want you to do. If you haven't seen them at all this year, this is what they do. Burnley had more possession than Villa in their in their lopsided loss to them. They had 62% vs Man U in their loss to them. They almost had 50/50 in the Tottenham drubbing. How many points do they get for passing it around the back again? Look at the heat map.

But we are playing worse today without doucoure in the team and secondly mcneil set up our goal.

I don't think we will get in the top 10 on the basis that we don't have any high quality creative players like we used to have with pienaar and arteta. But they are hard to come by these days and if you want them you will need to pay a premium.
