Definitely not even close.

Walker genuinely didn't have a clue what he was doing, and wasn't even arsed (by all accounts just sat in his office with his feet up all day). Never won a thing and only ever managed a couple of full seasons as a manager.

Walker was the worst and most utterly baffling managerial appointment we've made.
