A large part of our problem of how mindless some of our players are. Richy was classic there, but Iwobi choosing to shoot was another. Gomes drives me mad, he's got the tools, but he blatantly doesn't look two steps ahead, so he's deciding what to do with ball while he's had 3, 4, 5 touches... and he's missed the gap or the run.
