What kind of a weapon actually watches these crackpots while the game is on?

probably people who are sick of the boring emotionless commentary on TV. (especially when you compare it to the south american Goooooooooooooool celebration commentary). But I know what you mean - its probably about 1 minute behind live TV anyway. I watched one from Goldbridge and its weird, like its fine when he's not commentating the game and just talking about other issues. Its when he reacts and is when behind that's the problem.

Except if it's Everton on the attack. Who was on VAR last night - John Moss again ?
It really doesn't matter @dockroad to be honest, as the great blubberbutt and Everton hater, Lee Mason, has total control of the VAR team after being appointed by the FA before the start of the season.
That means he holds sway over every VAR decision, for every Everton game, every week. If that is not scary enough, he has the power to review any passage of the game he thinks the referee has missed and advise him to review it.
We are totally up against it with this greb, and there is sod all we can do about.
The old expression, "up against 12 men" has never been so true.

Bit of an up and down game for me - some bits were great, some were pretty average.

Thought Arsenal didn't turn up really and we got away with one. Just when you think Arsenal have turned their form around, they do that.

It was probably a draw all things considered, we were probably better if you consider the two disallowed goals. I think we deserved it in the end. And I would have taken a draw before the game, 3 points makes up for the derby loss.

One thing about VAR is that they used a red line for Everton and blue line for Arsenal which was a bit confusing.

If that was Arteta's call then I'm honestly surprised.. surely he of all people would've known that wouldn't have worked at Goodison?
The most bizarre tactic I’ve ever seen from a so-called big team. They were playing like there was only a few minutes on the clock.

Expect that kind of stuff from the likes of Burnley, only difference is, their players actually have some grit about them when running the clock down.

Matin Tyler did a decent impression of a Sud American commentstor after Gray’s stunner last night ?

I’m just watching a rerun of the match. In the 52nd minute Arsenal got a free kick about 25 yards out. Pickford set up a 3 man wall. As the Arsenal player was on his run up to hit the ball the wall broke. Who the hell is coaching these guys?

MOTM to Richarlison, cracking game

Thrilled to bits to get a win

Arsenal were not great which helped

First half we didn't really show to much positive play

Second half was a good demonstration of what we should be like evert week.

Overall, a step in the right direction, lets continue against Palace ;)
