whats this stonewall penalty? I think Atkinson did ok today honestly. He didnt call anything for anyone really.

...I don't even recall a penalty shout. Deluded Gunner fan I guess, thinking about a different game

The "stonewall penalty" is either when Stones controls the ball with his lower chest (not touching his arm at all), or when McCarthy (I think, may have been Stones) jumped up to block a cross with his arms firmly at his sides and it hit below his shoulder.

Cahill and Robbie Anderson enjoying the show today.

What a great day. Came out the boozer very proud of that display, feeling ten feet tall. Put my little boy (19 months old) to bed half cut . After he had his story I told him how boss Everton were today, an he snuggled in ready for sweet dreams. Evertonian in the making. Beautiful.

I know today was a good day but in all seriousness i don't really think you should let your son get drunk, how will he remember the game?

I think it was a challenge made on Oxlade Chamberlain in the 86th minute mate. Went down like a fairy but I've seen them given. Just watched the game again. We were BOSS. Is the word BOSS in the dictionary for such things as -

BOSS - to mean, bossness - see Everton v Arsenal 6.4.14 as an example to play 'boss' football.

Some boss football played today, a complete performance. I missed Tim Howards saves until I watched it back, the tip onto the bar is tip top Tim Quality American goods packaged and posted right there.

It was this, this moment we wrapped up fourth. Have no illusions it could be this good again.

Knew it that night before the game, sure as shyte I knew it when he scored, 2 red cards very late on underlined it, knew it before the game today, knew it from the first whistle, and you damn well know it was on as Mirallas forced in the third.
Lets have no illusions though, it counts for nothing if we don't turn up at Palace (the irony being that's where we turned up 04-05 Gravesen with a screamer top corner from distance[left edge of area]) and do ourselves justice.
On top of which taking the game to United at Goodison (like the pic above) will be just as important. We have given ourselves a great chance - let the only "bottling it" be to sell to some upmarket aftershave company - "the smell of success."

Singin and dancin them badass blues!
