when pretty much every player is poor, then there is something wrong with the gameplan. It isn't rocket science.

The only option when the full backs or midfielders get the ball is a backwards pass. The front 3/4 do not get into the right positions, and dont work as a unit so that the team can work the ball forward. Its all one dimensional passes with no further plan after that one pass! No triangles or one-two’s. Been going on long enough now, Silva needs to realise this is not working!

You can't coach a player to want the ball. If they don't want the ball they won't show for it. Thus we have no options 75% of the time and it ends up with Pickford.

Buck always stops with the manager. If he can't motivate players to move quicker or coach them to move into the right areas or to pick up the loose balls more so than the opposition then he's not good enough.

That is the sad thing. He is not worse than any of the 3 you mentioned but he is still not good enough there. It is our main problem having below average strikers.

This playing Richarlison up front has not worked since day 1 yet the manager persists with it
he offers absolutely nothing no hold up play no running the channels the lad looks frustrated
