I think and I hate to say this, with the virus its done us a favour in terms of cancelling FFP for a bit. we should be able to spend decent money I think transfer prices will be down a bit because clubs will be needing cash. rumours of Barca wanting to offload players because they are cash strapped and not playing isn't helping them with the cash flow. yeah some will say we are in the same position but is usmanov was to come on board it would be a good time now
