I'm normally very against leaving business to be done in January. But it is possible that it will be slightly different this time. The season will only be about 16 games old when the window opens, and usually it's around 22. A new signing can have much more of an impact if they sign for over half a season and lots of players failed to make moves this week too.

I really would like Josh King, but it is conceivable that we could find decent cover in January unlike most seasons. I'd just prefer we didn't need midseason signings. A lot could happen in another 12 league games before then, not to mention the cup quarter final.

I think with Sarr, people will let Watford sweat a bit. I'm sure I saw there are only 6 games between now and the next window Ieague games). If Watford are not up there competing for promotion, it may well be clubs re-emerge in January and apply a bit of pressure, knowing next summer the value he holds will fall if they are not promoted.

There are 12 more league games and the quarter final between now and 1 Janaury. 13 league games if you include the match on 2 January, the day the window opens. Not sure where this 6 game thing has come from.

Richarlson.. Simms.. call Kane back from PSG plenty of options.. injure the top scorer on any team and they'll struggle to replace him.
