i'd rather keep mirallas and naismith.

I think the manager on balance would as well , but it seems that in the summer he promised Naismith he would look at the situation in January and Naismith has drifted even further away from a starting place.

Mirallas needs to start playing or he won't be going to the Euros and I think the manager would lose him more quickly than Naismith.

It does finally appear as if Pienaar is approaching fitness.

I think that if he were fit the manager would be happy to let Mirallas leave in January without signing a readymade replacement...none will probably be available anyway.

Recent comments from RM makes me think that for the right money both Mirallas and Naismith could be allowed to leave.
They should bring in a combined fee in excess of 15m and for that money you should be able to get some interesting players from the Championship like Dembele at Fulham or Gray at Birmingham.

We can't rely on pienaar he was finished 2yrs ago IMO
And why I wouldnt be bothered if mirallas and Naismith left
But getting 2 championship youngsters is not going to help us now
They maybe great in 3/4 years but we need a top class attacking player at the right age 25-27 who can give us more composure in the final 3rd
As Ross rom & geri still show their age at times
And while kone has done ok he's nowhere good enough

Also FC Basel's chairman said Embolo isn't leaving this January and also it sounds like Wolfsburg are properly interested in him so I don't see us getting him now or in the summer.
