To echo what someone said earlier, there will be seperate budgets for 1st team and the academy. The fee for Foulds will be from the academy's budget, not sure about the fee for the Swiss lad.

Was reading the Denver Post and their Rapids journalist was answering fans questions. Said with the trade of their number one keeper to Toronto it opens the door for Tim Howard. However, he sates he does not know where the speculation for Howard is coming from. He was mentioned in an ESPN article listing unnamed sources for the news. He has not heard back from the Rapids front office or Howard's agent.

With that said, it could be 50/50 him staying or going. Just a wait and see.
