I have a feeling it's Byram, then Yarmolenko or nothing. I very much doubt we'll go for anyone else beyond maybe a loan if Yarmolenko doesn't come off.

i think possibly praet. We seemed to have been linked with him for a while. I'd rather yarmolenko because he's at his peak, whereas praet is another youngster in a young squad - both would be exciting top signings though.

Gladly, Martinez won't just throw £20m at someone if he doesn't get his main target this window.

Not sure about that. Think the way forward will be a central midfield
combination of McCarthy and Besic. Not having a go here at Barry at all, just believe those two would add the best possible protection to our back four. Both are young, mobile, energetic, all action midfielders. McCarthy as the all out defensive midfielder, Besic as sort of a box to box one. As said, not having a go at Barry as I certainly can see what he brings to the team. Just think the other combination is the way forward

That I could accept as Besic adds something going forward where McCarthy can do the defensive cover.

The fact that we signed Lukaku and have a team brimming with young talented players will always leave the slight possibility of any of those mentioned joining us. I wish he could unearth a keeper though! (or give Robles a run).
