He's only been at Wolfsburg for around 10 months, so would take a massive wedge to get him, also, as sagey said, Wolfsburg are minted.

I'm afraid to say Draxler is going to be linked with much higher profile clubs this summer than us, not only probably Bayern but also the likes of City, Arsenal, the Madrid clubs. We don't stand a chance

He's still "set" to join the club, as of a mfc OS news article from June 21 – although the club announced in late May that the deal would be wrapped up and official on June 9. Make of that what you will.
