I have seen a lot of posts in which a player is judged, based on his appearance at the EURO. I think it is ridicilous for a club these days to decide to buy a player only because he did or didn't perform well in 3 games. When you have like 200 scouts working for you and all sorts of available info, it just seems very wrong.
Having said that, I think Milik is a good option. A few sitters missed, yes, but if you only consider the Polish games in this tournament, you could really think that Lewandowski is not better than Straq. I think that Glik could be a very good option too.

To be fair, Milik's YouTube video showed him scoring a fair few headers off the shoulder, deflections and the like. I don't think he's what you'd call a natural finisher by any means. Looks to have good technique and a footy brain though. Certainly not a bad player.

Mikey is immune to VVD taunting now, he's safe and comfortable in the knowledge that he's a boss player. Damn shame we missed out on him.
