McNeil I don't believe is anything to to get excited about, expensive and not really what we need

Correa, seen him once , against us in a pre season, so I am not going to put the water heater on!, so relying on others comments which seemed to be mixed

What is his xT, how many progressive passes does he makes, how many times does he assist the assister, does he use Twitch, could he overtake Iwobi as the most skilful player at the club…

Did you watch the match? Keane and Holgate couldn't cope with Adams and Armstrong. It's only by virtue of the fact that Southampton aren't very good that we didn't lose. They really struggled with them all day. Less so in the second half when they were swapped over. But they still struggled.

The stats are very good. I know you're being sarcastic but they're very good.

Some might say they arent even our best centre backs.
Struggled a little in the 1st half , 2nd half Adams and his mate disapeared.

So they obviously coped with them.

Exactly. Adams on Holgate to bully him and Armstrong on Keane to scare him for pace. Holgate can't hack a big physical CF and Keane can't handle pace especially if he is 10 yards away from the box.

Genuinely not sure if I have ever watched Correa so haven't a clue. Where does he even play and has he got pace?

See, now I've just watched this and it shows exactly what I was talking about: good dribbler, not that much pace, likes to go down blind alleys and has questionable decision making.

And this is a highlights package!

Think he'll be outpaced and out-muscled fairly regularly in the PL and won't win as many fouls. Still, it's opinions and is preferable to buying up Burnley and Newcastle cast-offs which is what the window has been shaping up to be!

I've seen him a fair few times at Lazio and a couple at Sevilla, don't think I saw him at Sampdoria.

A lot of places running with the Correra story now. Makes you wonder who is going, seeing as we still need at least an RB and probably a lot more besides.

€35 m is a huge amount to pay for a team that needs to strengthen multiple positions, so it must be more than just James.
