I think Moshiri, like most owners, will get involved in transfers as and when he wants or when something just happens to pique his interest. Most of the time he'll let Brands do his thing, but if there's a dispute with the manager over a signing, or if he sees someone score an overhead kick in the Champions League, he'll stick his oar in.

There's no avoiding it, it's just something you have to live with when a single individual has so much power and influence at a club.
