I’ve always liked the look of Gilmour to be honest, weird that he wasn’t given much time at Norwich. He’s not the most physically imposing but he seems to use his body really well and breaks up play. We need CM/CDM depth so badly, I’d be happy to get him on loan. Him extending his deal with. Chelsea doesn’t change much, I think if a good loan offer comes in for him they’d be happy to let him go - especially to a manager they trust to play him to avoid a repeat of his time at Norwich. Pure speculation like but he seems like a decent option
