He’s been injured, was thrown into a prem club with limited experience in a relegation scrap, while our captain and one of our most experienced players was in his position, no manger is giving Patterson much game time in that scenario. Maybe he would have got games at wing back late in the season, where iwobi was playing.

He will be playing next season

Coleman was throwing a goal a game into his own net mate with the mistakes being made . Patterson didn’t play because he’s not better than Coleman at this point in time which is bad as Coleman has been finished for years

400k in wages saved and not even any sales yet. Mins and Richy go that’s 600k a week. All of a sudden with some transfer fees things start to look much, much healthier financially.

Gomes and Mina are on 100k a week so offloading them would help massively. Mina would need to be replaced but gomes has contributed zero this season so won’t be missed at all and we should be able to pick up a more effective player on less wages.

Davies , Townsend can also leave and if we offload Rondon too that would be 800k in wages a week slashed from the wage bill.

Kean also put the door and I would imagine he’s on pretty good wages considering his reputation when we signed him.

A couple of sales , such as Allan , Richy and we would be able to attract 4-5 players for 100k a week and still be saving 25m a year in wages and improve the squad.

I have no idea who those players would be and understand that offloading our crap will not be easy, but that is the task that we must aim to execute if we want to improve significantly and I love our financial position.

All our signings must be players we can improve and that will not leave on free transfers.

Young hungry players is what is required and maybe a couple of freebies if we require more experience to balance it out.

I expect u will probably get more than 50m for Richy. However, the talk of removing the Dele adds ons/money owed cannot happen. Spurs and Everton have tax liabilities on the monies and can't simply wipe them. If Spurs agree to take, say 10m less for Dele, that 10m will be accounted for as Spurs paying an extra 10m and Everton receiving an extra 10m and it will need to be in the accounts as such and reflected as either profit or loss and is subject to FFP

How can you calculate tax liabilities on deals where future clauses can be amended and renegotiated?

Dele's add ons ? Selling Richy or not .... we should be getting shut of Dele. That 2nd half vs. Palace is the best we'll ever see of him.

I'd sell Richarlison for £75mil-85mil. Not for any less than that.

If Lampard wanted both players then Dele / Winks would be £10mil rated players if I was doing any deal on Evertons end. Spurs want to shift them and their valuation is not my own.

Thats £51.25mil + Dele(£10mil) + Winks(£10mil) which is lower than I'd accept.

£65mil + those two is my £85mil negotiating point.

Couldnt care less what the blokes name is, if hes not paying the money I want...im not selling.

No idea why Richarlison would want to go to Spurs.

Sorry I don't agree with this...

Dennis was truly awful in any game I watched Watford play, ok it wasn't many times but he seemed like a headless chicken to me at times. Hold up play was poor and workrate not great either. If we are going the Watford route I'd much rather Pedro, the young Brazilian lad, far from the finished article but potential is there.

Always looked by far their most dangerous player when I saw them and his work rate was fantastic. Agree to disagree.

Dennis took the league by storm last season....then after December he reverted back to the player hes been all of his career.


Dreadful.

If we signed him, never mind replacing Richarlison with him...it would be VERY hard to take the club seriously.

Regular wouldn't describe Cornet's goalscoring. Last season was very much irregular
