At this point I think we need to get the Winks signing out of the way and move on and announce Tarkowski.

Hopefully the Richarlison transfer is done soon, getting boring now.

I know people are feeling doom and gloom about transfers but if we can start the window with Tarkowski and Winks (loan) that’s two players down the spine of the team for no upfront cost who are hopefully far more dependable than Mina Delph etc.

Levy is Chairman

Both get involved in transfer negotiations.

The DOF doesn't do everything mate.
