Hes currently at 38k a week at Fulham, according to my very high level sources.

So hes gonna want a slight bump, lets say 50k, 2.5m per year, 3 year contract 7.5m, plus a little cherry on top.

All in you are looking at 3m a season.

Bargain.
Yeah, hard to pass on that for an upgrade to Danjuma. Great? No. But will be a better 4th option than last season and for less.
 
Fair enough, but that requires scouting and paying money for players, something I think will be lacking this transfer window.
You will still need to pay a signing on fee and higher wages. But yes fair enough, we will need to pay a bit more to actually buy a player

I disagree, signing players that are 31+ like we do is unsustainable, no resale value and will sit on 50k for 3 years.

He will soon be deemed the "dead wood we can not shift".

We should be looking at much younger, at this rate we will have the highest average age in the league. Most would certainly have called that once Dyche was announced and here we go.... youngsters out, old crocks in.
