Everton are hoping to tie up a deal for striker Cenk Tosun – but face a race against time to register him for the FA Cup clash with Liverpool.
The Blues were on Thursday night locked in negotiations with Besiktas president Fikret Orman over the 26-year-old but there is growing belief an agreement will be reached.
