Dele Alli is such a weird one. I feel like it would but nuts to turn him down if available and the price is okay because of how obvious his talent is but... last few seasons man.

He’s now been very crap for longer than he was very good. Do you really want us to take the chance that this prolonged, recent (and continuing) dreadful form is the fluke?

I really, really don’t.

We’re somehow contriving to make an even crapper midfield than we have already, which to be fair is a very impressive feat.

there is no way in the situation he is in that it should be double figures of millions - they want rid, he wants to go and isn't playing

Spurs won't sell him cheap. They will expect a huge fee.

It would be a fascinating signing rather than a tragic one really.

There would be an issue regarding fitness and also afforadability , but certainly he is a top class player when going well for whichever team gets him.

I just don't think it will be us after signing VDB.

We have a problem with a group of midfielders who are constantly injured, and we want to throw another sick note into the mix?
