….you say that like he’s the only player on the market who can ‘move the ball forward’. Barkley isn’t the only player available.

Much better get somebody progressive who plays like the game matters, has more athleticism and pace and a hamstring that isn’t made of toilet paper.
...and didn't drop the club that invested 15 years in him, including serious injury, from a cliff to line his own pockets.

Been waiting a while for Coleman's replacement - would've liked someone more proven, someone good at putting the ball on DCLs head.
Risky but certainly worth a shout in the squad.
Should have to prove himself first before getting the starters cap.
Not if we’re very poor in that position. The lad already has international caps

Of course but 1 we are crap and 2 we are skint. Barkley is the level of player we can attract

Based on the links we have from the more trusted media, I'd argue that we have highlighted Nathan Patterson has first choice for the right back spot.

He certainly ticks a lot of the boxes we should be signing:
Young
Experienced at club and country
Sell on value

His value is believed to be £10m mark and I don't see any other club needing a right back so we are not going to be drawn into a bidding war so hopefully this deal is swift.

Rat Barkley is linked yet again in another lazy target. He is a player who at a time would be ideal and even now he is streets ahead of some of our midfield but he cost us £20m to line his own pockets and he has been very vocal about us on his leaving so for me he is a definite no.

No doubt he'll be part of our backroom staff in 5 years tho ?.

If we are looking to bolster our attacking midfield options, Juventus' Dejan Kulusevski is available and potentially a loan deal with option would suit both clubs.

He can play along the wings and centrally if asked and he needs to bed at a new club to reach his potential.

The idea of signing Patterson when a far better prospect in Ramsay is available for half the price is hilarious. Peak Everton.

The lad at Forest and/or the lad at Derby would be great

May as well pop these here and re-visit at the end of the transfer window, thanks for the info @Theoneandonly

Linked with Isco.

Being linked with Nabil Fekir this morning.

Linked with Baba from Real Mallorca.

Interested in Comas from Barcelona B. 21 year old centre back who's available on a free in June.

Saw a rumour of a swap deal Delli Alli for Pickford.

Longstaff will more than likely be our new central midfielder.

Being linked with Iranian striker Sardar Azmoun from Zenit who's available on a free in the summer.

Apparently Pickford, Mina, Allan and DCL could be available to leave.

Ramsey could be available on a free.

Hazard is available for 25 mil.

Being linked with Wijnaldum today.

Linked with Neto from Barca, could be Pickfords replacement.

Tosun offered in a swap deal for Alexis Sanchez.

Some fans really take it all too personal. If Barkley coming back for 6 months improves us for a short spell then great. Couldn’t care less about the past.
