Everton in crisis...... Time Crisis.

Haha. The combination of nostalgia and sheer randomness made me laugh out loud. Repped, lad.

there have been differing stories regarding this, at various times. i will believe it ONLY when bill stops saying the word "investment"
"Everton continue to talk with Liverpool City Council about finding a suitable plot of land for a new stadium but the redevelopment of Goodison is a virtual non-starter because of economic impracticalities. "
Money needed to build a new stadium perhaps ?

I noticed you never replied to this possibility. Are you aware of this , Or just ignoring it because it doesn't suit your agenda ?

please tell me your joking, i enjoy your posts, well to a degree, a bit to much villa, not enough everton. but this? commendable?
did you not get what happened over KD?
did you not see the bigger picture over DK?
they have lied/misinformed and are really a busted flush, the club is treading water at best, and you say all this is COMMENDABLE? they are not doing their best, they are doing damage limitation. unbelievable.

i call it as i see it, and i was a big supporter of bill when he ousted PJ, now i feel let down by him.

Which is fair enough mate, im neither here to defend nor commend the board but provide a balanced arguement and rebuttle based on what i beleive, sure the board have made massive mistakes, but they have done a lot fantasticly well and as a ship we are far healtheir then anytime in the last 20 years. I also dislike blatent lies as many of the conspirocey theoris are.

Its down to every Evertonian to analyse the facts for themselves and come to a conclusion of what they choose to beleive.

No mate, they really do.

Im not saying that Lerner isnt milking them for all their worth, but they have no "debt" and Lerner has a vast personal cashflow he could call upon IF he wanted.

No Mate. They really don't.

You could always put some money on a bet on it though, in addition to that from earlier you owe me.

Double or quits?

You've changed your position a few times, to be fair mate. I'm not misrepresenting you, IMO.

And this mantra you now have "the board are commendable"; even your Financial Review partner Damon has deserted that position.

It's sad to see. Your loyalty his being abused.

You change your position weekly. Lerner in. Venkys in. Yeung in. Etc etc. Notts county - owners in. Etc

I've not abandoned Neiler-lid. He's always right you're always ken-wrong.

We have a multifaceted viewpoint.

You just don't get or even bother reading it.

Since you're too busy prostrating yourself for the next party that appears interested in a club.

Ha ha, i dont think i have mate, honestly - either way its not a pepetual thing, if say i found out money was being taken out of the club or in some way the baord were making decions that rationaly i beleived harmed the club i would change my opinion - i admit to being concerend Feb/Mar prob rightly so. I have no doubt we are threading water - in fact i told you we would be post DK for more then a decade and i stand by that.

Im concerned with whats the best for Everton and make up my own mind tbh on occasion i have scarily even agreed with you. If the board were gone in the morning i wouldntbat eyelid if it was better for Everton. Frankly i cant see a takeover for over antoher decade if im honest, unless we hit a massive inflation cycle which isnt out of the realms of possiblity as the european economy is going.

I do beleive the board when their time is up, history will judge them well, i certainly beleive for the progress made overall in the last seven years they havnt lost my trust, YET!!!!!!

But its something each much decide for themselves!

never read it mate, and its not available now. but i have heard we have been talking to the council for a while, until something becomes cast in stone, im wary. to many errors in the past have made me that way. and i don't have "an agenda" i just put what i believe based on whats been proven. i may not be a financial whizz like neiler and matt, but i know mistakes have been made, lies have been told and we're not at the end yet.

This I believe is the crux of this matter.

I dont owe you any money lad.

I never bet anything, but, still waiting for Kenwrong to sell up.

Im not really an expert on Villa to be fair, Everton is my concern really.

I'm still watching this space.

If Everton is your only concern what are you going to compare their financial performance to in order to judge it?

Looking at things in isolation is a convenient way of avoiding things you may not like. But leads to wrong conlusions.

I'll accept cash or paypal for what you owe.

Just my opinion mate, i thought i was being conservetive with a decade tbh.

Look at Kenwright and co. And their respective ages.

After 70 they will have very few years left.

So there is no way it'll be a decade. It'll force Kenwright and co to lower their asking price.
