Yes, very confidently.

If you are intending to make a major change, you consult your key stakeholders. We could be about to get rid of the CEO, Director of Football, Manager and all of his coaching staff. One last check that this will be happily recieved by your season ticket holders is very well advised.

It also fully engaged a disenchanted fan base, and makes them feel like they had a direct hand in the changes coming. First time I have genuinely felt that the club does have someone very shrewd now deciding things.

100% exactly mate. It is really clever. Stops the "them vs us" feeling that was very much on the rise. Puts fans right back in the middle of the decision making.

Only person to rally against it publicly are S*n journalists and Fat Sweat's ghostwriter. Couldn't have gone better.

It also stops ugly protests and planes etc such as under bobby, which can never look good for an owner trying to move forward a club.

Is it brutal, hell yes, is it ruthless, yup, is it "Everton that" - as far removed from that as I can think of.

Clubs needed to move in from the closed shop old boy network, this survey has just thrown a hand grenade at that.

And-our-survey-says..........not-much..webp

Love the irony on the forum atm, that the ones really upset about this survey, seem to be very infrequent posters, ones who usually stick to certain threads, or people who have recently joined, all agreeing with a s*n journalist...
They're not agreeing with a scum journalist though are they? Saying that Sam has performed some Herculean miracle. Seems to me they're just disagreeing with the way the club is going about things.

Well hey, you spin things however you want. As usual.

Who do you think has commissioned this and for what ends?

Allardyce is done. I can't imagine a more humiliating thing, after he has basically made out fans opinions don't matter, to allow them to grade him.

I'm glad the club have done this, people say 'the club has changed they don't care about us' so they give us a survey asking questions about management and the team and people cry saying it makes the club look small, fat sam, Walsh, elstone and all the old guard are a massive stain on this club and I welcome this ruthless public outing of a mediocre failed era and the sun reporters commenting and defending the treatment of a fat bribe taking embarrassment of an England manager is hilarious, some Evertonians need to realise that when fat arse is sacked, him and the likes of the scum from the sun ( or any murdoch news outlet) will push the line that he saved us and we treated him bad, F 'em
