I will be ****ing livid if we sell Felli for 20m + add ons. Sick of all that add on ****e. He is a one of a kind midfielder who can play numerous positions, great age, experienced in the league. Even in his first season where he looked way out of place he bagged 9 league goals or something. It should be 25m upfront then ****ty add ons to make it rise to 28m. If no one wants to pay that then he stays. And I know what people are saying regarding Martinez may want to sell to get his own targets in and if thats the case they better be good players because if he goes and we only get one in such as McCarthy well its pointless selling him. Thats me not ****ging off McCarthy but Fellaini really is one of a kind so it should take a "offer too good to refuse" to sell him.

we better get more than lescott, i'd be unhappy with anything under 25 mill, but i will be interested to see what martinez does with money, at least gives him a chance to create his own team

Not at all, i'm simply saying that the evidence (player sales and interest from other clubs) clearly shows that he isn't worth £25m. If he was there would have been more interest in him than there has been.

Just look at some of the transfers that have happened this window. Paulinho for £15m. Is Fellaini worth £10m more than him ?

comfortably so for a prem side anyways, paulinho has outside of Brazil played in the polish league and had a bad time so not exactly proven in either any top league and uncertain to buck the trend of Brazilian prem league flops

With felli you get a well adjusted to the league top player, with a brazillian inport you could get anything, especially if theyve not gotten acclimatised to european footy via the usual method of holland/portugeuse leagues

I'd say it's partly because (and I do like Martinez, for the most part) it'd be nice to see our new manager's knowledge of transfer dealings stretched a bit further than fkn Wigan.

Plus Dave Whelan is a deluded old prick, but we'll end up making him feel like all his christmasses have come at once by actually meeting his absurd asking price.

Relax. We signed someone from Barcelona.
