Agreed. It was more to show what an unfair farce VAR is.

I don't know if it's unfair in as much as they don't seem to know how to apply their own rules...they've invented new interpretations of ones to cope with something they apparently have little training on; that's my overall take anyhow.

I detest VAR. All fun after a goal is scored is taken away. I still haven't got over the Clive Thomas affair, but I'd take the risk of a repeat over this chaos.

38 games and not one decision changed in our favour is quite something. Doesn't change the fact we weren't good enough over 38 games, but it's a pretty incredible statistic.

I wonder how the Premier League table would've looked had certain players made better decisions in front of goal, and we just put our chances away.

Chelsea received the most VAR interventions in a club's favour, with their 11 two more than Crystal Palace, Fulham and Manchester United.

At the other end of the scale with -5 are Everton, who were the only team not to get a single VAR decision. The only other clubs with fewer than four are Brighton (two) and Burnley (three).

It is the first time in all seven seasons of VAR that a club has failed to get one overturn in their favour.

Everton were also not awarded a penalty all season, so it will annoy David Moyes even more that the key match incidents panel ruled they should have been given VAR spot-kicks against Arsenal, West Ham and Manchester City.

yes we are rubbish at times and yes i believe we are horridly mismanaged but we get shafted by the officals time and time again.

Excellent rage bait thread.

Not a surprise really, VAR is as open to incompetence, abuse, and bias as old school refereeing. Its actually just more blatant when a dodgy decision isn't even looked at or dismissed too quickly.
