I see a club like United who have just hit the jackpot for a reasonable fee by their standards these days and they'll only need to pay more if they are highly successful.

We get a lot less upfront than most people were expecting and we'll see that clearly in the next month or so when this market goes insane and figures approaching the Lukaku one will be agreed for players with less talent.

I think it might be because he's not a citizen. Otherwise that would be a very strange outcome for a noise complaint. He also could have said something or been dismissive of the police (they were apparently there 5 times?) that made them take things to an extreme.
