Here's stat for you I've just dug out.

Last time Everton failed to score in five consecutive league games.

More than 5 years ago? Yep.
More than 10? Yep.
15? Yep.
16, 17, 18 years?

It was 19 years ago in 2005 under David Moyes. And it was 6 consecutive games between 27 August and 15 October.

In the 7th game, against Chelsea, we scored, only from a penalty though.

I dont even look forward to games anymore. But of course I watch them. I remember back in the 70s, 80s I used to have hope we would win every game. I mean when Stoke or Norwich came to Goodison you absolutely expected 5-0.
