Brentford will be a tougher test than Nottingham Forest, but it is still a winnable game for us.

Had a great result against United at Old trafford and then got battered at home in the next game 1-4. So a bit of consistency would drop nicely. One of my biggest bugs about Everton for a while is we dine out on a decent win and think that will do for a few weeks.
Yup, and truth be told, four points from Burnley, Forest, and Brentford wouldn't be pulling up any trees despite the current euphoria. Basically, this is a game we need to win and must not lose. Momentum is key now. A loss on Sunday would be massively deflating and undermine a lot of what was achieved last night.

I'm preferring to look at the next three games as an item: take four points from Brentford/Wolves and get past Sunlun on pens and I'll be well satisfied.

Grealish will be back.
Rohl will be fitter.
Alcaraz might be back.
Keane might be back.
KDH?

We should be fine.

Pickford
Rohl - JOB - Tarkowski - Mykolenko
Jimmy/Timmy
Dibling - ? - Grealish
Barry
By what moyes said in the post match conference, and the way he said it, not sure we will have any of the injured players back...grealish might be the only that hopefully is fit enough to start now. Would be good to have KDH back at the very least for the cup. Moyes has never mentioned any timeline on return even when asked by reporters which is disappointing

He has no obligation to do so.

We are challenging for Champions League spots; playing with the big boys.

Villa have just come off an 11 game winning streak that's taken in top PL opposition and a couple of tough CL games. It shouldn't be beyond us to knock off tripe like Forest, Brentford, Wolves and Sunderland...the latter three all at home.

But this is what Ilm talking about: expectation levels at Everton dumbed down for years and it'll continue apace too because the man who got the ball rolling on expectation management is back as manager again.

No, mate. 4 games is what we can win here - I for one am never going to dumb down my expectations of what's doable.

I’m expecting to win but brentford will be tough, also hardly tripe as if they win tomorrow they’ll be above us come sunday

7 points separates 4th and 14th, super competitive league with lots of technically skilled players and ridiculous levels of athleticism

anyone can beat anyone and wolves have been garbage but their performances at tough grounds have picked up, they’ll get some results soon hopefully we arent the ones giving them because i think bmd will implode with fume

every chance we win the next 3, but footy isnt that simple and we have won 3 on the bounce yet this season so I’m wary of our chances given how many we have missing

I fully expect to win those games. If we cant have expectation of beating teams like that then we really are dumbed down.

The new stadium and new stable ownership was meant to be a new leaf turned on this club's history.

Instead we ended up with Moyes back and having to be thankful we've won a few games but not to expect good things.
