….fair point, possibly flattered by that cameo v Forest he certainly couldn’t cope with players flooding past him.
That’s an optical illusion as those players were just walking past him but appeared to be sprinting because he is so slow.

Moyes and the players should issue an apology for yesterday. They weren't just pathetically poor in all departments, they were acting like a rabble on the pitch. I wouldn't mind if their constant bickering led to improved performance, but it didn't and they were just a load of cluelsss narks pointing the finger at each other.

once they were a man over in CM their FB's could push up and negate our wide players, that meant their wingers were on top of Myko and J O'B for free. They were then able to pick off any remaining cover and slot Thiago in at will.

Moyes should have noticed.
The senior players on the pitch should have noticed.
More in the crowd should have noticed and played blue murder.

We got off lightly yesterday 2-4.

That should have been a drubbing for the ages. We should think ourselves very lucky indeed. Moyes worst show in 12 months by far.

I understand all the tactical nuances I was merely making a lame joke about Mcneills woeful lack of pace that makes everyone else seem pacey…the optical illusion refers to that aspect not being overrun in midfield.

Summed up perfectly in the first half when he had a 5 yard start on a Brentford player who dispossessed him easily after catching up with him after a couple of strides.
