Some reason Sky will not show the high lights of our game it's down - however BBC YouTube everything is on there - Our winning goal should never ever have gone to VAR IMO - watched it many times - no offside - on Doucs & he never pushed any red player - Doucs was not touching the ball in the build up Myko lobs it in Tim heads it on to Tarks - all onside & bang what a goal by Tarks - the red lot run to the ref Oliver claiming a foul by Doucs = No was Doucs in line with the red keeper for offside = No - he was onside anyway?

Pure desperation for the VAR usually their saviour to spoil the celebrations in front of the Gwladys street clutching at straws - then they wonder why at the end it all kicked off -

DM was interviewed - under Prem rules with both their Manager & his assistant being booked for them - no interviews allowed from them :D -

A most memorable night ruined with the end of fighting on the pitch which IMO would not have happened if VAR had not asked to be involved ...& the biggest downer was our star player getting seriously injured .....

Funny thing about the fight was that Alcaraz and Young were pulling Jones away from Doucoure so he wouldn't hit him, while Nunez and Mac Allister were pulling Doucoure away so Jones wouldn't hit him. All together it was a really funny moment. Cannot really blame Doucoure or Jones for that behaviour tbh, that's honestly just football. 🤣

Can someone give a reasonable explanation to what VAR was checking for the equalizer? I have only seen replays on phone, but am absolutely baffled as to why it is even being considered as a potential offside??? Or were they checking something else? Did I miss something?

Their fans have nothing to complain about with Michael Oliver. He looked corrupt and in their favour all night.

Diaz, szobszlai, and Bradley all did enough to be sent off throughout the game, and the ref just ignored their dark arts. Someone needs to stick the boot into all 3 in the Anfield derby.

Those last couple of minutes were just vintage evertonian euphoria and a pleasure to witness.

A top drawer redemption from tarks for his shocker in the last game. I also thought Beto was a work horse tonight, the best I’ve seen him.
