You're right Barkley would probably do well, i suppose my response was to the constant calls for Barkley from fans when the biggest problem is that the 11 players on the pitch aren't playing well enough. Barkley isn't a game changer yet, none of us have seen enough to claim so.

He's being bullied out on the wing, in the middle he'd make more of an impact I suspect.

The constant Barkley calls are a little grating, the change could as easily be Oviedo and I'd be happy that we're trying to fix the lack of creativity issue.

I know, I just can't help mentioning his name considering he "can't defend" and costs us when Mr reliability passes the ball straight to an opposition player and play breaks down every time it gets to our right hand side.
Makes me laugh tears of agony when people think Neville can't play mid but somehow is less gash at en. He isn't.

I reckon it's just that Neville is a capable right back, but his weaknesses come through far more in midfield.

Personally don't understand anybody who doesn't see Coleman as the future at right back. Our attacking play is ridiculously predictable without him there.
