Fair play to Moyes for swapping things up at half time and pushing them on second half, but I really hope this is the end of his weird dislike of Alcaraz.

Alcaraz always uses the ball well, does things quickly and looks for 1-2s . If we are relying on a player like Beto or Barry, they will look better by having a player like that behind them. He speeds up and improves our play so much. He was a difference maker last season, and still has been when given a chance this season.

I swear, he used the words... "final solution" "deadly hitman" just now. Didn't watch the game only listened, and is happy with the squad improvement overall, acknowledging we can't go and spend 100m+ on an out and out finisher. Sounded a bit like jacob rees moggs gardener.

Question is though - it's not Moyes style of play and will he simply revert to type rather than see what's blindingly obvious - we do not suit the slow methodical build up and the crowd hates it.
