I thought Morrison was very good day, cheeky little bid?
"I'm happy with the result, but not happy with the performance," Moyes told Sky Sports 1.
"I have to give a lot of credit to West Brom today, they passed it well and made it difficult for us, and we were just a little bit behind it as well.
"I think there was maybe a little bit of tired minds, but I needed to see that myself in the first game without Mikel.
"I know what I've got to try and do to sort it and make it much better."
Still not worried by Albion. We all know they can play but that stat about us scoring most headed goals and them conceding the most will tell in the end.![]()
Judging from that, I've got a feeling Moyesy is going to revert back to a strict 4-5-1. I'm glad to see he's thinking about it. Without Mikel we need to flood the midfield a bit more to get control of the game. We didn't have that at all today with Jo and Cahill up front, West Brom bossed us in the middle. Wouldn't surprise me at all if Cahill's striking holiday is over for a while.
Some quality posts by Pete today but none better than this analysis nugget (post #132) at a point in the game when West Brom was all over us and we had shown nothing prior to Cahill's netting.![]()

What a goal by Louis Saha, four goals in eight starts this season. What a signing he's been.![]()
So you have said, over and over again. We get it alright, hes a good player, but hes made of paper.
What a goal though...
