Vanilla performance, which lacked the intensity of a prem game, we had it easy throughout and game played out as such. Wins a win, there will be better days, and I’d much rather get a half baked performance out the way against Mansfield than anyone else. Onwards & upwards, minutes in the legs for more of the lads etc

I was hoping Mansfield scored in the last minute of injury time. I know! I know! But would have liked a team such as them be the first away side to score at our new gaff.

Harrison Armstrong, James Garner , wonderful in midfield as comfortable as you can get , really love some of our play very encouraging ,into the hat, only quibble is we didn’t score more

I kind of think hes been the weakest link. Hes almost always passed it back today, taken the real heat out of possession and slowed things down. A couple opportunities going forward and hes messed them both up. Hes showing theres a big gap between him and our other midfielders.
