After the last few seasons he fact that we can go 6th and it's mid febuary tells me that he does know what he is doing, sorting out the home form would see us easly qualify for Europe.

In fairness if you drop Gana and move KDH across and then replace with a left wing back type who can drop back into the backline to make a 4 then its just 4-2-3-1 like we play now.

Given its a near two week gap I would imagine something will be going on, even if its just for 4/5 days.
