Definitely. It's baffling how the manager can quite often only motivate the players to perform when they're a goal down and with only half a game to play.

It’s because that’s where he is most comfortable, up against it.
Underdog syndrome, it’s like it’s the only way he can motivate them is when he has a need to try to pick them up as opposed to setting them up and motivating them to be at it from minute 1 and full of confidence they should be steam rollering teams.
