In the last week we’ve lost to our biggest rivals, been knocked out of a cup by the team bottom of the league, and drawn at home to the team one place above them. It’s hardly surprising people aren’t doing cartwheels to be honest.

I didn't say we should celebrate losing and drawing. We're an average squad these results are normal for where we are. They are disappointing of course. But we need a few more windows. We are heading the right way.
